Terms and Conditions

Below are terms and conditions for any projects created under the Ryanic Printing name. Terms must be agreed prior to the start of a project. Updates to this page can be made without notice. Please email any queries about terms to info@ryanicprinting.co.za

General

1. For quotes less than R1000, full payment is required upfront and for quotes in excess of R1000, a 50% deposit is required together with a signed copy of the quote. The remaining 50% must be paid prior to collection or delivery of goods.
2. Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue reflected on the quote.
3. Completed artwork will be mailed or sent on a whatsapp for approval.
4. Rushed orders will have an extra fee and no proof will be done due to limited time lines. (Ryanic Printing will not be held responsible for dissatisfaction)
5. Information ( word/text ), as well as logos and artwork ( or photographs ) to be used/adjusted must be electronically supplied, unless they are to be supplied as a project.
6. Changes must be requested in writing (email).
7. Please ensure you have the copyright for all material supplied. Under no circumstances will Ryanic Printing or any associates thereto be held responsible for any copyright disputes.
8. The Date of Completion (DoC) of a project will be affected by delays relating to payment of the deposit and correspondence of corrections and adjustments to projects by the author.
9. We cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control, e.g. equipment failure, weather etc.
10. Ryanic Printing may refuse any work. Reasons may be if the artwork is deemed of very low quality or in contradiction with our business morals and principles. This may include but is not limited to: poor artwork, immoral or illegal materials.
11. We have the right to use any designs created in promotional material for Ryanic Printing.
12. If a project is cancelled at any time, all fees up to that point will be calculated and invoiced. This is payable within 7 days of invoice date.
13. All work remains the property of Ryanic Printing until final payment is received.

Printing

1. Ryanic Printing cannot guarantee the final outcome of a print. You need to make sure that the art you supply is not of inferior quality and must be suitable for a print size required by you. We will do our best to give you a quality finish but we cannot be held responsible for the end product if your supplied artwork is of poor quality. It is your responsibility to ensure that all colours, sizes and cropping areas are indicated and where necessary corrected. Ryanic Printing will print exactly as supplied by you unless otherwise stated.
2. Colours may vary from proofs, samples and computer screens.
3. Colours on sublimation items do intend to print a little darker. Please ensure you take that in consideration when doing your own designs.
4. Printing times may vary depending on the job.
5. On acceptance of proof, all content is included, namely, accuracy of colours, text, corrections etc. Ryanic Printing will not be responsible for any errors made by the author on a signed proof. The client is 100% responsible.
6. Ryanic Printing takes no responsibility for compromised quality of images, logos or any artwork supplied by client.
7. Ryanic Printing cannot guarantee that the final size will be exactly the size requested.

Invoices

1. Please allow 2 to 5 working days for delivery / collection on Photo prints.
2. Please allow 4 to 7 working days for delivery / collection on Canvas prints and Bags.
3. Time for finished projects may vary to quantity of work to be done.  Please allow 4 - 14 working days for delivery / collection on big orders.
4. No work will start if the quote or invoice are not paid in full and we received a proof of payment or it shows on our bank statement..
5. All work remains the property of Ryanic Printing until final payment is received.
